Form: All of our workshops are fully accessible remotely and optimized for global teams. However, we strongly recommend holding workshops in person whenever possible, as sharing the same physical space significantly enhances the impact and effectiveness of this experience.

Team composition: This workshop is especially valuable for teams with a mix of junior and senior members who are seeking something beyond the typical theoretical well-being programs. It’s ideal for those who feel bored with general approaches and are looking for a hands-on, experiential experience tailored to their personal needs and backgrounds.
