Offer:The First-Time Leader Bootcamp is a structured training session specifically designed to help first-time leaders develop the essential skills needed to conduct effective 1:1s and foster team growth. Across 3 x 2-hour hands-on sessions over a six-week period, leaders work with tools like the progression scale, trust scale, and motivation scale to enhance their ability to coach and guide their teams. Leaders will also test their current leadership style, explore areas for personal growth through the wheel of life applied to team formation, and work through different types of engagement to maximize their team’s potential.

The program is designed to be interactive, with practical exercises and real-time feedback applied to the leader’s actual 1:1s, ensuring the tools are immediately actionable. The ultimate goal is to enable new leaders to build trust, encourage personal growth, and create a culture of accountability and motivation within their teams.

Form

The First-Time Leader Bootcamp consists of 3 x 2-hour sessions, with hands-on exercises and follow-up tasks over a six-week period. It is designed to be highly interactive, allowing leaders to apply the tools learned in real-time. The training can be delivered in-person or remotely.
