We build high-performing teams and solutions to address some of the most pressing problems of our times.
We integrate our Think-iteers as full-time distributed engineers with high-performing partner teams around the world. Think-it engineers seamlessly integrate with the existing team, tools, and processes. They engage just like any other member of the partner team — working similar hours, sharing questions and ideas in their communication channels, and contributing to all team meetings. Usually 1-3 Think-iteers are placed with the same partner. Those engagements usually run on 6+ months contracts and are often open-end.
We form fluid, interdisciplinary satellite teams at Think-it to drive or consult with partners across the globe on an innovative solution with a more pre-defined problem scope. Some partners such as BMW are not allowed to onboard teams without clearly defined scopes, but still need our cloud-native expertise and agile mindset to be able to speed up digital innovation and transformation. In those engagements we are also fully integrated into the partner's systems, tools and processes, but we run a nudge more autonomously with an internal team lead, while interfacing multiple times/week with the partner team. Those engagements can run up to 6 months or also longer (see BMW) and include teams of 2-5 Think-iteers.
