Our proposition:

Offer: The Feedback Workshop is a dynamic, structured learning experience that gives teams the tools they need to provide and receive feedback effectively. This workshop covers a series of key feedback concepts—such as Feedback as a Gift and Avoiding Defensiveness or Feedback Sandwich— allowing participants to gain a deep understanding of how feedback can be a powerful tool for personal and team growth.

In addition to the workshops, participants will receive access to a series of short videos explaining key concept. They will as well have a possibility to engage with practical exercises like a Quick Quiz and Case Scenarios designed to test their comprehension and allow them to apply what they’ve learned immediately. Participants can then decide for more detailed, practical training through an added option of individual coaching.

Form: All of our workshops are fully accessible remotely and optimized for global teams. However, we strongly recommend holding workshops in person whenever possible, as sharing the same physical space significantly enhances the impact and effectiveness of this experience. This workshop comes both in sync and a-sync form.

Team composition: We recommend a diverse team composition, blending juniors with seniors and including participants from at least two different cultures. This diversity enriches the discussion and deepens the understanding of cultural dynamics within the team.

Team size: This workshop is ideal for groups up to 10 people to allow for personalised follow up. It fits organizations looking to build a culture of open communication, trust, and continuous improvement, ensuring that feedback becomes a regular, effective part of team dynamics.
