We ask for your understanding that we receive hundreds of applications for one role and currently we're only hiring 0.5% of all candidates who apply. So we are forced to say "no" in a lot of cases.

Since we're still a small recruitment team even if we would love to be able to do it, we cannot provide everyone with the details of why their application has not been accepted.

If you made it to the technical interviews, we aim to provide some brief constructive feedback. Should this be your case, don't hesitate to reach out to us for more details. We will do our best to respond timely.

We just want you to know that we believe each of our candidates is full of potential and talent - we are just searching for a specific combination of skills and cultural fit for the specific role at a specific point of time.

So if it's not meant to be this time, we'd still encourage you to apply again in the future once you've been able to further evolve. We would generally advise to work on some of the things you were struggling with and re-apply earliest after 6 months. If you originally withdrew your application, you can always reapply as long as the job post is still published. You can also apply to other open positions that might suit you better. The best way to do this is to visit our Job Board.
